Ordering Information

We Aim to Please! You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is processed with your shipping and billing addresses confirmed. A separate email will follow with the tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. Should you have any questions at any point in the purchasing process please don’t hesitate to email or call.

Shipping: We ship our lighting and objects via UPS with tracking. Shipping rates can be calculated in your online cart and entering your address with zip code. If your order is too large or delicate for standard carriers, we can also arrange for white glove shipping via motor freight. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, with the appropriate shipping rates. We ship all international orders via UPS and are not responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees that arise from your order.

Return Policy: Exchanges for credit are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in original and unused condition with all original packaging intact. If the exchange is not due to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to the studio. Once the item is returned a credit will be issued less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Brendan Ravenhill Studio does not issue refunds unless the item is received damaged or defected. 

Damaged & Defective Merchandise: In the event of damaged or defective merchandise please contact the studio to arrange repair and/or replacement. Any damage upon receipt, either visible or concealed, must be documented with photos immediately and reported to the studio within 14 days to be considered for refund. Any damage claims that are sent back without initially sending photographic proof will not be authorized.

Visible damage upon delivery must be acknowledged upon receipt of package by yourself and the carrier. Failure to do so may invalidate any claims to the carrier. Please notify the carrier as soon as possible about any apparent damages to file a claim report and retain all packaging materials.


Warranty

Ravenhill, LLC (hereafter referred to as Ravenhill) warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty expires three (3) yearsfrom the date of delivery. If the buyer discovers within this period a failure of the product to conform to specifications, or a defect in material or workmanship, the buyer must promptly notify Ravenhill in writing at (contact@brendanravenhill.com).  Within a reasonable time after notification, Ravenhill will correct any failure of the product to conform to specifications or any defect in material or workmanship, with either new or used replacement parts. Such repair, including both parts and labor, will be performed at Ravenhill’s expense. If Ravenhill is unable to repair the product to conform to the warranty after a reasonable number of attempts, Ravenhill shall then decide in its sole discretion how to repair or replace the defective product without cost to the purchaser.

These remedies are the purchaser’s only remedies for breach of warranty.  In no event shall Ravenhill be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon a breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory.  Ravenhill will also not be held responsible for damages that include but are not limited to: loss of profits or revenue, loss ofuse of the product, cost of substitute equipment or downtime, and/or any third party claims. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse occurring after such Product is delivered including (a) any product, components, or parts not manufactured by Ravenhill; (b) defects caused by failure to provide a suitable installation environment for the product; (c) damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed; (d) damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning; (e) damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications; (f) damage during shipment; or (g) any other abuse or misuse by the purchaser.

Security

Our online store meets or exceeds industry standards, and is SSL [Secure Socket Layer] encrypted to protect your sensitive information. We will never sell, exchange or otherwise disclose your personal information to any outside parties.
