Ordering Information

We Aim to Please! You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is processed with your shipping and billing addresses confirmed. A separate email will follow with the tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. Should you have any questions at any point in the purchasing process please don’t hesitate to email or call.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in original and unused condition with all original packaging intact. If the return is not due to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the item back to the studio. Once the item is returned a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for refund.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise: In the event of damaged or defective merchandise please contact the studio to arrange repair and/or replacement. Notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the item with photos of the package and merchandise damage. Any damage claims that are sent back without initially sending photographic proof will not be authorized.

Visible damage upon delivery must be acknowledged upon receipt of package by yourself and the carrier. Failure to do so may invalidate any claims to the carrier. Please notify the carrier as soon as possible about any apparent damages to file a claim report and retain all packaging materials.


Warranty

Domestic Shipping: We ship our lighting and objects via UPS with tracking. Shipping rates can be calculated in your online cart and entering your address with zip code. If your order is too large or delicate for standard carriers, we can also arrange for white glove shipping via motor freight. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, with the appropriate shipping rates.

International Shipping: We ship all international orders via UPS. Shipping rates can be calculated by simply adding your items to the cart and entering a country and postal code. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, with the appropriate shipping rates. We are not responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees that arise from your order. International deliveries usually take 7-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Please double check the shipping address in the confirmation email we send to ensure packages do not get lost in transit.

Security: Our online store meets or exceeds industry standards, and is SSL [Secure Socket Layer] encrypted to protect your sensitive information. We will never sell, exchange or otherwise disclose your personal information to any outside parties.
