Black Hogg

The initial design challenge at Black Hogg was to mitigate the difficult acoustical properties of the space. Through the addition of a custom wall system and upholstered seats, the ambient noise of the restaurant was greatly reduced. The wall is surfaced in two-inch white oak plywood strips that obscure one inch of v-wedge acoustic foam. Four LED Hood Lights anchor the space. Clapboard bar detail and flea market mirrors.
